“‘Sticky Fingers’ playfully refers to forms of residue left by the exhibition ‘suspended, unsited’ at FOYER-LA. It refers to getting our hands dirty during creative processes, where we find ourselves in a flow of events. In the studio, the place is messy and the processes are often non-linear. It is a testing ground: a laboratory for creative problem-solving, lateral thinking and experimentation. We proceed more often through experiencing failure than success. This is a form of inoculation against uncertainty; a form of adaptation and resilience training…”
